I have been a referee for the past 3 years, and it has taught me many valuable lessons in being a leader and handling people. Now, I refereed over 50 games, striving to uphold the laws of the game and carry myself in a professional manner. This culminated in me being awarded as the Referee of the Year for 2021 by the Quincy Youth Soccer Board of Directors. It was a great honor to receive such an award, and I am grateful for the experience that this position has given me.
