Yesterday was a very special day for me because not only was it my birthday, but I also turned 10! This year, we went to Canobie Lake Park. When we got there, we had to wait for 20 minutes because it only opened at 11:00 and the time was 10:40. after it opened, we tried to go on a ride called “The Frisbee” ,but I was a tiny bit too small to ride. So, we went to some other rides. Two rides we went on allowed you to drive a car and push the accelerator as much as you wanted and turn the steering wheel , so I drove one car. ”The Caterpillar”, would go round and round, and eventually cover you and you would feel like you’re inside a real caterpillar!
Then, while going to the ride,”Starblaster”, we saw some caged peacocks, and one of them unleashed their beautiful feathers! Later, we went on the Skyride and we saw some more rides we could go on. After we finished the Skyride, we went on some small bumper cars. Soon after that, we went to the Castaway Island Water Park! Since the water was ice cold, and there was a giant bucket the size of an elephant that dumped at least 500 gallons of water on you, I had to be smart and act fast. So, to avoid being caught by the bucket, I ran to a shade right after the bucket dumped water on everyone continuously until I reached the point were the bucket couldn’t dump water on me. There, I dumped some water on people that were one floor lower than me. Soon, we left the water park, we rode the Canobie Express train to the adult bumper cars. Later, we rode a ride called “Zero Gravity”, in which we stood against the wall, with a strap to keep us from falling. Then, it would spin really fast and as it span, it would turn sideways and spin super fast. At the end of the ride, I was so dizzy! Later, we met the band Tribute to One Direction and they sang Happy Birthday for me! Then we took a photo with them . Then we went for one more ride on the adult bumper cars. Then, we ate some french fries and ice cream and went home. Truly Best Birthday ever!
